Illinois Police Officer Travis Hoguet Saves 4-Month-Old Baby With CPR

A four-month-old baby was choking to death when a police officer sprang into action to save the child’s life. Watch as Officer Travis Hoguet flips the motionless baby over his arm. You can hear as he administers soft blows to the baby’s back. The baby is choking on formula, but spits it up and begins to breath again. Officer Hoguet, of the Caseyville, Illinois police department says he was “extremely grateful” that he was able to respond and help the family save their child.
