Inconsistencies Allegedly Found in Jay-Z Rape Accuser’s Claims
The woman who claims in a lawsuit that Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs raped her in 2000 when she was 13 years old gave her first interview. She says it happened at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party. During the NBC interview, she says that she spoke with musician Benji Madden and his brother Joel at the after-party. However, in a statement, the Madden brothers say that they did not attend the 2000 VMAs. Inside Edition found documents establishing that the Maddens were giving a concert during the after-party. Both Jay-Z and Combs vehemently deny the woman’s allegations.
