Richard Allen Sentenced to 130 Years for Killing Dephi Teens

The convicted killer of Libby German and Abby Williams was sentenced to 130 years behind bars. Richard Allen was found guilty of the murder of the two teens on a deserted train bridge outside Delphi, Indiana. Their bodies were discovered, with their throats cut on a local hiking trail. Prosecutor Nick McLeland paid tribute to the two little girls who helped cops track down their killer when they recorded his voice ordering them down the hill.
