Inside the Texas Facility Housing Immigrant Kids Separated From Their Parents
This is where some minors are being sent after crossing the border into the U.S. The Casa Padre facility in Brownsville, Texas, has been taking in teenage boys for more than a year. The building was formerly a Walmart store and is the largest of its kind, housing more than 1,400 immigrant children. Some of them were forcibly separated from their parents.
