According to British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, Meghan's sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, was "left in tears" at a dress-fitting for her daughter, Princess Charlotte. The paper pointed out that Kate had just given birth to Prince Louis and was “feeling quite emotional.”
