Man Proposes to Girlfriend After Performing Concert for Neighbors

A couple planned to put on a concert for their neighbors, but one of them had planned something else as well. Ron and Lillian are both musicians and met through the bands they were playing in back in 2016. Ron says he knew he wanted to propose to Lillian this year and got the ring back in January.
