What are the odds that a man just parking his car is able to help save a falling boy? That is exactly what happened in Northwest China, when the guy happened to notice the toddler in a window five stories up. "The moment I saw it, he was already falling. I thought of nothing at the moment, and then I caught him. I don't know what happened after that, as I fainted for a while. When I woke up, police and rescuers were all here," Tonik Turghanbek told Reuters. InsideEdition.com's Stephanie Officer explains.
