Missouri Man Allegedly Kills Girlfriend, Her Young Children and Her Mom: Police

Police in St. Charles, Missouri said a live-in boyfriend allegedly murdered his girlfriend, Kate Kasten, 39, her mother Jane Moeckel, 61, and Kasten's two young children, Zoe, 8, and Jonathan, 10. A dispatcher heard gunshots and screaming during a 911 call the night before New Year's Eve, according to police. Richard Darren Emery, 46, was arrested.
