Mom of Slain Man Was Pulled Over by Cops in Similar Incident

Twenty-five-year-old Chase Allen was fatally shot by Utah police officers after being pulled over for driving without a registration. New information shows he's from a family of so-called sovereign citizens. His mother, Diane Allen, was also pulled over by police officers last year for the same offense. However, her traffic stop ended differently. The officer was advised to only give Diane a ticket. She later sued the police department.
