Man Who Underwent Face and Double-Hand Transplant Finds Love

When Joe DiMeo fell asleep at the wheel, his car flipped over and caught fire, burning over 80% of his body. During a 23-hour operation, DiMeo became the first person in the world to successfully undergo a transplant of both his face and hands from the same donor. He started posting about his new reality and struggles where he formed a special relationship with Jessica Kolby, a nurse from Ohio. The couple spoke with Inside Edition's Alison Hall.
