New York City Man Gets Shot With His Own Gun During Fight on Subway

A New York City man was shot with his own gun during a fight on the subway. The incident started when a New York City subway commuter allegedly picked a fight with another passenger. The dispute escalated and the assailant reached into his jacket to pull out a gun. During the fight, the victim managed to take possession of the weapon. Four shots were fired, hitting the gunman at least once in the head. The Brooklyn district attorney says the shooter will not be charged because he was acting in self-defense.
