People Magazine is celebrating 50 years with a stunning cover featuring 11 icons, including Oprah Winfrey. Mia Farrow was on the very first cover of People in 1974. Drew Barrymore graced the cover of People 15 times. Winfrey still gets giddy thinking about her first appearance on the cover. The anniversary issue of People magazine will be released on April 12.
