Photographer Who Took Heartbreaking Shot of Crying Migrant Child Speaks Out
It's an image that defines a crisis: a child crying as she and her family are detained by U.S. immigration officials after crossing the southern border. John Moore, the photographer who captured the image, says the child was traveling with her mother for a month after fleeing Honduras. Moore has covered migrants crossing the border in the past, but he says this time was different. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano (https://twitter.com/MaraMontalbano) has more.
