Police Officer Who Saved 79-Year-Old From House Fire Treated for Smoke Inhalation

A 79-year-old Wisconsin man has a brave police officer to thank for rescuing him from a burning home. Officer Becker said he heard popping and cracking noises not far from the police station. He entered the house as it filled with black smoke, and guided the resident outside to safety. The home is now unlivable. Officer Becker was treated for smoke inhalation, but both he and the homeowners are doing well.
