Reporter Who Bolted From Bison at Yellowstone Wins Iowa Journalism Award

It’s been a year since reporter Deion Broxton captured the moment he locked eyes with a wild bison at Yellowstone Park in Montana and decided to split. Our Inside Edition video with him has been seen more than a million times on YouTube. A lot has happened since then. Broxton says he took a job in Iowa a few months after sharing the video and he recently tweeted that he won an award from the Iowa Broadcast News Association.
