It was 11 minutes of panic and terror and murder. The mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival took the lives of 60 people, and 800 more were injured. Now, 5 years later, the documentary “11 Minutes” is streaming on Paramount+. Ashley Hoff, who was there that night, is one of the executive producers. Hoff had to take off her cowboy boots to run for safety as bullets rained down around her.
