Unruly Theatergoer Disrupts Broadway’s ‘Death of a Salesman’

An unruly audience member brings the revival of Broadway's "The Death of a Salesman" to a halt. Leading actor Wendell Pierce did his best to calm down the woman in the fur coat. Theatergoers say that during Act I, the woman started yelling at the actors onstage. During intermission, her husband apparently tried to get her to leave and then she started screaming. The drama went on for more than half an hour. Eventually, NYPD officers arrived and the crowd broke out in applause.
