Halloween is taking over TV this year! The "TODAY" co-hosts celebrated iconic movies: Savannah Guthrie channeled Elle Woods from "Legally Blonde." Hoda Kotb chose to dress up as Jack from "Titanic," while Jenna Bush Hager dressed up as Rose. Al Roker was Beetlejuice while Dylan Dryer transformed into Winona Ryder's character. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos dressed up as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
