These are kids who accidentally fell out of moving cars. In 2017, video showed a 4-year-old girl falling from the back of a moving bus. In 2022, a child fell out of a moving car, and a witness captured the scary moment on their dashcam. In January of 2023, traffic came to a halt in Des Moines, Iowa, when a young passenger tried to exit a car in the middle of a highway. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
