A young woman is winning national praise for fighting off her attacker at the gym. Now, some women are taking self-defense lessons. Nashali Alma was working out in her building's gym in Florida. After she opened the door for a man, he tried to attack her. Alma relentlessly protected herself before the suspect fled the scene. Experts say her using a forceful voice sent a message to her assailant that she was not gonna back down.
