Smiley Face Graffiti May Be Clue to Mystery of Drowning Men

The deaths of hundreds of young men from all across the country have been labeled as “accidental drownings.” Now, veteran NYPD detective Kevin Gannon says their deaths may be the work of multiple killers. He says all of them are linked by one chilling clue: graffiti of a smiley face nearby. “This is a well-structured, organized group,” Gannon says.
