South Carolina Woman Fights Developers for Land She Claims She Owns

Josephine Wright from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is battling a land development company who she says is trying to force her off her land to build a residential subdivision. Bailey Point Investment LLC is trying to construct 147 townhomes. Josephine, 93, has lived in her home for 30 years, and the property has been in her family since the end of the Civil War.
