Kathleen Martinez, who founded the firm, actually looks like a real-life Barbie doll, complete with a pink Maserati. Every morning, the married mom of two chooses from her collection of more than 30 pink suits and dresses. Even her pink office would fit right in with Barbie's Dreamhouse.
