Taylor Schabusiness Found Competent to Stand Trial

An accused killer who attacked her former attorney during a court hearing has been found competent to stand trial. Taylor Schabusiness, 25, is accused of killing and dismembering her boyfriend last year in Wisconsin. She had pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect, but a court-appointed psychologist testified during a competency hearing that she is fit to stand trial.
