Texas Dad Makes Documentary About 12-Year-Old Son’s Suicide in Lockdown

Hayden Hunstable, 12, loved his family, friends and football, but one day in April 2020 he did the unthinkable. Hayden hanged himself in his room just days before his 13th birthday. His father, Brad tried to revive him but it was too late. Brad says he made a mistake in not talking about suicide with his children. Looking back on Hayden’s behavior, he says he could see a change in his son almost two months after the coronavirus pandemic hit. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
