The parents accused of torturing their 13 kids in their California home wanted their own reality TV show. Louise Turpin was obsessed with the hit series ‘Kate Plus 8,’ about a woman raising her eight children. Turpin’s brother, Billy Lambert, told Inside Edition about her desire for reality show stardom. “She did actually say that she feels that they would be perfect for TV,” he said. “She actually mentioned that twice. She said, ‘well I have 13 kids now. Not 8. Not 9. There's 13 of us.”
