Utah Mom Accused of Trying to Smuggle Baby in Carry-On

An American woman has been arrested in the Philippines after officials say they found a 6-day-old baby inside her carry-on bag. Jennifer Erin Talbot, 43, was stopped Wednesday morning at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila as she attempted to go through security to catch her flight to the U.S., according to CNN Philippines. Talbot initially told officials that she was the young child's aunt, but when asked for paperwork that could prove it, she could not produce any.
