Were Sand Dunes Damaged on Katy Perry Music Video Shoot?

Katy Perry's latest music video is in hot water with the Spanish government. Her new music video "Lifetimes" was filmed in the popular resort of Ibiza, Spain. Spanish authorities say the production company filmed on protected sand dunes without permission. They also claim company may have damaged the dunes which are located on an uninhabited island known for pristine white sandy beaches and perfect turquoise waters.
