Netflix’s “The Irishman,” starring Robert DeNiro, depicts the true story of former Teamsters boss Jimmy Hoffa. During his heyday, Hoffa was one of the most powerful men in the country, and had ties to the mob. He went missing in 1975. Endless theories surround what actually happened to Hoffa, including one urban legend that he was buried under the endzone at Giants Stadium. Hoffa’s disappearance is considered one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in American history.
