The Netflix show 'The Watcher' tells the story of homeowners who say they were driven out of their dream home by a stalker who wrote chilling letters. However, Margaret Davis says her experience in the house was completely different from what the Broaddus family went through. Davis lived in the New Jersey home for 26 years and said it was a wonderful place to grow up. Derek and Maria Broaddus sold the home in 2019 at a $400,000 loss just to get away from the stalker.
