Her husband Michael Jones Jr. is being questioned in her death.
A Florida mother who hadn't been seen in six weeks has been found dead, authorities said.
Casei Jones, 32, and her children — Cameron Bowers, 10; Preston Bowers, 5; Mercalli Jones; and Aiyana Jones, 1 — hadn't been seen since August just outside Gainesville, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
Casei's body was found Monday near Brantley County in Georgia. A warrant has been issued for her husband Micahel Jones Jr.'s arrest for second-degree homicide. He was taken into custody in Georgia and is currently being questioned in connection to her death.
Additional human remains found are believed to be those of her four children, who had also been missing, but they have not been formally identified.
The five were reported missing Sunday after family and friends became "concerned for [Casei's] well-being."
Nikki Jones, Casei's mother, told WOFL she's "never ever been so scared."
"They don't know where she's at,” Nikki said. “They went to the house and she’s gone. The house is empty."
