The challenge has gone viral across all social media platforms.
A model once dubbed the "most beautiful girl in the world" is jumping in on the "10 Year Challenge."
The challenge encourages people to post photos from 10 years ago to see how they’ve changed. Now-17-year-old model Thylane Blondeau took the opportunity to share the famous image of her that thrust her into the spotlight when she was just 6, alongside a more recent photo.
“10yearchallenge,” she wrote on Instagram. “Thanks for 2.9 million. [I love you guys] so so much”
Blondeau, the daughter of designer Veronika Loubry and soccer player Patrick Blondeau, recently received a similar honor, topping TC Chandler's annual list of the 100 Most Beautiful Faces of the Year last year.
The model has been in the business since she was just 4 years old, walking the runway for Jean Paul Gaultier.
She's stirred up controversy over the years, with a sultry photo shoot in French Vogue when she was 10. At the time, some criticized the shoot for being "sad and repulsive," according to ABC News.
But her mother defended the images, telling a French newspaper, "The only thing that shocks me about the photo is the necklace that she's wearing, which is worth 3 million Euros."
