The original video of little Mason yodeling in the aisle of a Walmart store has been viewed more than 13 million times.
A young and talented yodeler who became an internet sensation with a video of him belting out a tune in a Walmart store is attracting newfound attention for his version of a Hank Williams country classic.
Mason Ramsey, 11, went viral with a performance of the classic "Lovesick Blues” in the mattress isle of a Walmart in Harrisburg, Ill., last month.
The clip has racked-up 13 million views.
Walmart gave the little yodeler his own concert this week in the store parking lot, which was packed with fans.
Ramsey has also been invited to perform this weekend at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
The popularity of Ramsey’s version has made the 1949 original by Hank Williams a hit all over again. It's actually reached No. 4 on Spotify's Viral 50 Global chart.
Even a live radio broadcast of Williams' "Lovesick Blues" from his 1950 compilation, "The Garden Spot Programs," has seen a 2,452 percent spike in Spotify streams between March 26 and April 9, according to Forbes, since the clip of Ramsey has gone viral.
