"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice flaunted incredible abs of steel as she took part in a bodybuilding competition over the weekend.
The 46-year-old mom of four sizzled in a tiny purple bikini while showing off her toned arms and muscular legs Saturday at the NPC South Jersey Bodybuilding Championships.
The reality TV star began working out three times a day when she was sent to prison for bankruptcy fraud in 2015.
On social media, she has also been sharing exercise tips on how to achieve a tight core, muscular back and defined shoulders.
She now hits the gym five or six times a week and has drastically changed her diet.
She finished in third place among seven other competitors in the women over 40 category.
Her trainer, Tara Zito, took to Instagram to praise her client.
“So proud of @teresagiudice for stepping on stage today for her first time ever in the bikini division!" she said.
