The actress told TMZ that Booker is an “amazing human being” and that they are “very much” in a relationship.
Rosario Dawson has confirmed that she is dating 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Cory Booker.
The actress told TMZ that Booker, currently the junior U.S. senator from New Jersey, is an “amazing human being” and that they are “very much” in a relationship.
Rumors had been swirling for months that the pair was dating after they were spotted at a showing of Broadway’s "Dear Evan Hansen" in January.
Booker, who took office in 2013, appeared on the “The Breakfast Club” in February and confirmed that he had a “boo” but didn’t reveal who it was. Now, there’s no more guessing.
“So far, so wonderful. He's a wonderful human being. It's good to spend some time together when we can. We're very busy,” Dawson said of the relationship.
When asked if marriage was on the horizon, Dawson said she has no idea.
“I am just grateful to be with someone that I respect and love and admire so much who is so brilliant and kind and caring and loving,” she said.
Dawson, who co-founded Voto Latino, an organization dedicated to Hispanic voter outreach, also said she thinks Booker would make a great president.
