Sparks flew in Sparks, Nev.
A shocking robbery unfolded in Nevada recently when cops say thieves plowed their car through the front doors of a gun store.
It all went down in the town of Sparks, where cops say the car rammed into the front of Sparks Black Rifle on Friday, April 13.
As surveillance cameras rolled, police say the suspects burst in through the shattered glass and smashed gate.
Police say a bystander reported the crime at about 4 a.m.
Cops found the car abandoned inside the store after the car passed completely through the glass front doors and interior security gate. The car had been reported stolen.
The burglars stole an unknown number of firearms.
"We are going to say about at least a dozen guns," Lt. Marconato of the Sparks Police Department told KTVN.
Now police and community members are left wondering what intent the suspects might have with the stolen guns.
"You do what you can to secure your business and your house," said Sparks Black Rifle Vice President Gordon Gray. "Crooks are crooks."
