The YouTuber had vlogged about fighting terminal cancer.
YouTube star PeeWee Toms has died after fighting a rare form of cancer, and just weeks after marrying his fiancee.
The 32-year-old vlogger, whose real name was Dan Thomas, shared his emotional journey as he battled sarcomatoid carcinoma, beginning in 2015.
The British social media star spoke daily to his 153,000 subscribers, often tearing up while warning them get themselves checked for cancer and telling others with the insidious disease, "Don't give up, don't give in."
He was believed to have inspired thousands with his updates, and with his declarations that contracting cancer was not the sufferer's fault.
Just a few weeks ago, he married his girlfriend, Becca.
He posted his September engagement on Instagram, and a few days later released a video saying the couple was now husband and wife.
Among those congratulating the newlyweds was Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl.
Thomas' family announced his passing, appropriately enough, on YouTube, with his parents, sibling and now-widow.
"We know how much he's helped you people as well," said his younger brother, Matt. "Words can't express how we all feel right now, but I hope that we can continue our journey with you."
His family said they would continue to post inspiring videos as a tribute to Thomas.
