A West Virginia homeowner casually sipped his cup of coffee on his porch all while cops chased a fleeing suspect through his backyard. A police car even rams into his tree. Now, Michael Bartram is being called one of the chillest dudes ever. His serenity recalls other super-cool dudes, like the St. Louis bar patron who calmly lit a cigarette as an armed robber held up the place.
