A teen passenger’s shirt was ripped off after a door plug detached during a flight. He scrambled to another seat next to passenger Kelly Bartlett. They wrote notes to each other on her phone because the wind noise was too loud to talk. Meanwhile, the man who found the 63-pound door plug in his backyard is speaking out. “I could see there was something gleaming white underneath the trees back there and when I went to investigate it, it was very obviously part of a plane,” says Bob Sauer.
