How Cops Are Cracking Down on Shoplifting at Stores

“Retail blitz” is a police operation aimed to crackdown on shoplifting and big box store thefts. Officers in Henderson, NV and Los Angeles invited Inside Edition’s Lisa Guerrero along for the ride. While Inside Edition was at these locations, multiple suspects were arrested for alleged retail theft and harboring stolen goods. Scott Glenn, Vice President of Asset Protection at the Home Depot,  said that this is a gateway crime for more nefarious dealings.
