New Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman decisively beat incumbent George Gascon at the polls. Now, a "pall of uncertainty" exists over the expected release of Lyle and Erik Menendez, according to CNN. In a statement, Hochman says "Before I can make any decision about the Menendez brothers' case, I will need to become thoroughly familiar with the relevant facts, the evidence, and the law."
