Dramatic video shows the Coast Guard trying to stop a vessel suspected of smuggling drugs into the United States. The video was taken in June in the Pacific Ocean. Crew members of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro shouted for it to stop after they spotted the self-propelled semi-submersible in international waters.
