2 Teens Shot Dead at School in Gang Dispute: Cops

Two teenagers who were killed when a gunman opened fire inside this alternative high school in Iowa have been identified. Des Moines Police say Rashaad Carr, 16, and Gionni Dameron, 18, were both students at the school. William Holmes, 49, was also shot. He is also known as Will Keeps, a rapper and activist who is the director of the school called Starts Right Here. He remains at the hospital after having surgery for his injuries.
