20-Year-Old Woman Rescued After Being Trapped Under Pier

A woman trapped under a pier is rescued by police in New York City, The call for help took place along a pier in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Red Hook. An officer can be seen on bodycam video running towards her. He leaps over the railing to help her. Officers pull the young woman out from under the bridge and onto a boat.
