Burn Victim Reunites With Retiring Paramedic Who Saved His Life

It was an emotional reunion between a paramedic and a police officer whose life the paramedic saved. Little did the officer know that the helicopter they flew on together to get to the hospital was the same one that he sat in as a young boy at a family event. Sergeant Kris Kruse with Florida's Clermont Police Department was severely burned in a bonfire accident. Kruse was airlifted to the hospital thanks to Orlando Health Air Care Paramedic Steve McKinnney. Inside Edition Digital has more on his story of survival.
