2nd NYPD Rookie Officer Dies After Responding to Domestic Violence Call

The second NYPD officer who’d remained in critical condition since Friday after being shot by a suspect has died. Police say 27-year-old Wilbert Mora, who was also a rookie, died Tuesday, mere days after his partner, 22-year-old NYPD rookie Jason Rivera, died of his injuries.
