These are unusual procedures animals received. In 2023 a sloth got burned when he tried to climb an electric pole in Brazil, so vets helped him recover using parts of another animal: a fish. In 2018 Dr. Noah Arnold’s unconventional vet techniques caught the attention of many four-legged patients. Also in 2018, when tests revealed that a pony had leukemia, his vets turned to human doctors for help. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
