Joann Bogard lost her 15-year-old son after he wrapped a belt around his neck to try the ‘Choking Challenge.’ The goal of the online dare was to pass out and then wake up. But her son never woke up. She thought she'd done everything right. She'd talked to Mason about dangers online. Yet still he died. "I couldn't just sit there," she tells Inside Edition Digital. "I miss him deeply, every day, every minute. But I knew that I had to do something to help other families."
