You’ve probably never had ice cream like this before. Tapiwa Guzha says that’s because it didn’t exist and that made him think, why not? As an ice cream maker, he took inspiration from his culture to change the ice cream game at his shop Tapi Tapi in Cape Town, South Africa. Lack of cultural representation in ice cream flavors was something other Africans say they noticed, too. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
