Alec Baldwin put on his charm for a gala he hosted in New York, his first public appearance since giving a tearful interview to George Stephanopoulous. Baldwin was front and center at a human rights event honoring the late Senator Robert F. Kennedy. But Baldwin’s famous temper flared when a reporter spotted him and wife Hilaria visiting the Manhattan townhouse where his friend Woody Allen lives. In an Instagram post, Hilaria criticized the reporter, and said Alec was suffering from PTSD.
